After brilliantly completing her pastry studies in Grenoble, Marine took off for Estonia as a pastry consultant.
She delighted hotels, pastry shops and tea rooms with her demonstrations and expert advice.

Her journey then took her to Spain, where she perfected her art by becoming a pastry chef.

Today, at the Hôtel Bayard, Marine orchestrates our breakfasts with passion and dedication.
Her boundless creativity is reflected in her delicious homemade cakes, always prepared with passion and a touch of originality!

One Saturday a month, come and enjoy an unforgettable experience in the heart of the Presqu’ile district at the Hôtel Bayard, a true Lyon institution. We are delighted to present our Tea Time ceremony, designed to offer you an exclusive and intimate moment in an elegant and welcoming setting.


Immerse yourself in a whirlwind of delicacies specially prepared for the occasion:
Scones and jam to start,
followed by sweet and savory treats,
all accompanied by delicious hot drinks (Human & Tea tea, coffee from Meta Roasters, etc.)

Each month has its own menu that highlights seasonal flavors and exceptional products.
